Replacement

All products are handmade; slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
Replacements are only offered for damaged items, reported within 48 hours of delivery (with unboxing photos/videos).
If a replacement is agreed upon, shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
Custom/personalised items are not eligible for replacement.
