  • Returns/Exchanges: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Damaged Products: If your order reaches you broken or defective, please share unboxing photos/videos with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
  • Replacement Shipping: In cases where a free replacement is agreed by us due to damage, the shipping cost for sending the replacement will be borne by the customer.
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
