The Forest Lines Mug is made using a rich brown clay body that is left raw and expressive on the outside. While the clay is bone dry, delicate patterns are carved by hand and later filled with a white glaze that is carefully wiped back to reveal the lines. The same white glaze flows inside the mug, creating a gentle contrast and a smooth drinking surface.
Each mug carries natural variations in carving, texture, and finish, making every piece one of a kind. Thoughtfully made in our studio, it’s designed for slow mornings, warm drinks, and everyday rituals.
Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days (custom orders may take 2–4 weeks).
- Delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 working days, depending on location.
- Express shipping available at an added cost (on request via call/WhatsApp).
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
Replacement
- All products are handmade; slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
- Replacements are only offered for damaged items, reported within 48 hours of delivery (with unboxing photos/videos).
- If a replacement is agreed upon, shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
- Custom/personalised items are not eligible for replacement.
