Everything that you see in our shop is built by hand, using a variety of techniques; such as slab building, carving and pinching. Each piece of texture is then formed and attached by hand. Due to the nature of one of a kind, hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary up to an inch. We do our best to provide you with top quality work that most closely resembles the photograph, but please keep in mind that you are purchasing a likeness that has been hand replicated. 

Ceramic glazes all have effects that vary from kiln firing to kiln firing. The glazes we use often pool in the center, crackle and craze or form crystals. Each glazed piece is unique and has its own personality. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance, as each glazed piece is unique.

I do my very best to provide you with the highest quality work. If the work leaves my studio, it is because I feel that it stands to the level of quality one would expect from me. 

Shipping Information

We pack each item in many layers of wrap, surrounded by heavy duty packing inside a box. We take great care to ensure items arrive safely. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification we sent upon shipment. Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Returns / Cancellation

All sales which includes website orders, customized orders, workshops, classes & commissioned or bulk orders are final at the time of purchase. No returns / cancellation / exchanges are accepted. In the event of a stolen or lost package, refunds will not be provided. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is a secure location to receive packages.
